30 day returns policy ensures that you have time to return the item. Items must be unworn, in original packaging. Returns have to be delivered back to our unit at 6C Colthrop Business Park, Thatcham, RG19 4NB. We do not provide free post returns.
*Please note returning items with personalised students initials will have a fee of £5. This is due to the removal of the printed initial.
This Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Any faulty items within 6 months of purchase will be inspected and if considered to be faulty due to a manufacturer fault will be replaced or given a refund at the purchase price. You may be asked to take the item into office at Colthrop Business Park or to send a photo via email if this is not convenient. Items over 6 months old will be dealt with at the discretion of owners of West Berkshire Clothing.

In regards to exchanges this can also be only within the 30 day policy. Exchanges can be made up to 6 months if the item is faulty and after it has gone under investigation.
