We process, pick and despatch all in-stock orders within 2 working days. Orders are then sent via our delivery service FedEx. Please allow between 2-3 working days for delivery. FedEx may require a signature when given to the customer.
All delivery times are approximate based on mainland UK addresses and items being in stock. However, if your postcode is out of reach, the school uniform will automatically be taken to the school reception for collection. You will be contacted straight away if this applies to you.
Please allow an extra few days in busy periods e.g. "Back to School", to process your order. We work around the clock in these periods to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders may take up to 3-4 working days.
If sent by FedEx delivery drivers they will only attempt one delivery. They can leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. You will be updated on your whereabouts at all times. If not, the parcel will be sent back out the following day.
Orders placed at our 'pop-up' events are collection only. We do not dispatch orders from schools
Furthermore, out-of-reach postcode orders will also be delivered to the school for collection.
